  I am not sure why. From the contestant holder's view, it says the status is "Pending." And that is why I tried rejecting all works except the winning design, thinking that might end the contest. No offense to any designers who participated this contest. I paid the winning designer, got the AI file, and I don't know why I cannot end this contest.
