Develop a brand identity, that includes: company logo, colors and fonts.
Target Audience:
• Maintenance managers, Project and Plant Supervisors – of those 5 Power Plants, but also in the surrounding area and eventually across the U.S.
• 45-60 years old, Male
• The biggest objection we hear is cost.

• Any routine maintenance jobs within a PowerPlant
• Specialize in: Turbines, generators, and burners
• Plant types: Fossil Plant, Hydro Plant, Ethanol Plant, Diesel Plant, Chemical Plant, Refinery, Peaker Plant, Solar Farm, Wind Farm, Co-Gen Plant, Pulp & Paper Plant, Gas Compressor Station
• Skilled Trades: Mechanic, Machinist, Electrician, Welders, Certified Welders, Equipment Operator (Mobile & Overhead Crane, Heavy Equipment, Forklift), Laborer
About the Group
• EFFECTIVENESS - They have been working together for a long time (ranging from 7-35+ years) and are a very tight group. They know how to work together as a team.
• SPEED - They know the plants inside-and-out, allowing projects to be completed quickly (on time or before deadline).
• QUALITY - They take ownership of every project, are invested in the work, and take pride in the finished product.
• CONVIENENCE – The group consists of ALL craft skillsets needed to complete any maintenance jobs. This saves time and allows for cost savings compared to bidding out every role needed.
• COST SAVINGS – We find cost savings with the speed they complete projects and the convenience of not having to big out every single role for a project.
• KEY DIFFERENTATOR – The team truly invests themselves in each project because they are the tied in as a local group.

Considerations for the Logo
• Will live on: Website, hard hats, gear, pick ups trucks, patches on safety gear, business cards,
• Font-wise – consider thicker/bold fonts
• Color-wise – Consider Navy blue (will be used for workers overalls). Also like a bright blue as a second primary color and/or grey as secondary color
• Consider including a tagline “Maintenance & Construction Support”
• Using the initials PSG or entire name in Logo - Plant Services Group
