Design a logo for use in marketing materials for a new stage/precinct within an existing residential land estate. The new stage/precinct is called "CHESTNUT AVENUE" and is within the larger "CRESTWOOD NORMAN GARDENS" estate.
We want to brand the new stage/precinct "CHESTNUT AVENUE at Crestwood Norman Gardens" and wish to have a logo designed to contain these exact words. I have included the current logo for Crestwood which may be incorporated into the new logo if desired (maybe as a minor feature).
