For this contest we require the following:

-Company Logo
-Business card design (two sided)
-Business letterhead template (Microsoft Word Template).

The Company is called "Nova Scotia Pty Ltd" and will eventually operate a Canadian + Scottish themed pub.

The background is that the 2 owners are 2 friends (1 Canadian, 1 Scotsman)…….both living in Adelaide, Australia.

Nova Scotia (meaning New Scotland), is a Canadian province, and is situated right in the middle of a straight line between the two friends home towns (well, close enough anyway). They share a massive dream, to make a successful and fun, never before seen, pub in South Australia.

In your design, please consider the above, however a professional but contemporary design will be looked upon favourably.

Thank you all for entering the contest! Congratulations to DavidClarkDesigns who was selected for following the rules and listening to advice. An extremely close 2nd Place was cirj07 who also had a tactful and attractive design - however a hint was provided about the dragon which needed to be incorporated.

Strong Kudos to sofwansyah who also followed advice and the contest rules, however the design was just a bit too flashy.

There were some neat designs which incorporate beer mugs, (Yourpravin, Azclub, Makisyrkos, HammyHS, Craftify to name a few) however these ones were not selected as there is a chance that if the pub Nova Scotia fails, that the leading designs were more generic and could be used for other industries.

Thank you all for participating. We will have a winner announced in two days. Some of the designs were a bit gawdy and some of the more simple, professional looking designs are favourable. Ones who have included touches of Scottish or Canadian themes & Colours are also favourable.

Hi all, one example of this is #12 , which is the strongest and classiest looking logo, however is unrated due to non compliance (and the lion should be on its hind legs to represent Scotland).
