     Its no 11. Now the text is more prominent. The wings are smaller in size to give away the dominance to the text. The color of the text "alaris" is given in black, so that it remains more vivid than the term "consulting". The colors are chosen in such a way, that it gives an optimum output both in "black and white" and in "color" forms.

  I have made the logo and word template. I could upload only the logo. The word template could not be uploaded as the site only supports jpg, png and gif files. So, I have posted a screen shot of the template. I don't know how to send the word template. Thanking you.

     More of a textual logo with some small graphic that can be associated with wings but not obvious. Focus on harmony of fonts and colours. What else would you like to know?
