Hello,

we have the website "bezakontace.cz" which is already with some random Joomla template.

We need from you to make nice design for this website which is for:

Selling houses and properties and challetts which will be offered for steady monthly payments for 15 / 20 / 25 /30 years without initial high down-payments.

So, there should be 4 main categories:

Houses (text on the page will be in Czech language: "RODINNÉ DOMY")
Land ((text on the page will be in Czech language: "POZEMKY")
Flats (text on the page will be in Czech language: "BYTY")
Challetts (text on the page will be in Czech language: "CHATY")

Very important will be main banner on the main page, now is in blue, with some Joomla unversal text.

Banner should be variable with 2-4 various design, changing each 3-5 seconds, changeable after clicking on the number right bottom.
Banner should have something like "zero down payment" "low monthly payment" , "don´t pay rent, pay to own" etc. Czech translation will be provided to the winner.
Banner should have some nice buildings and backgrounds, related to the small town living.

Colours of the whole site should be friendly, nothing agressive, nothing depresive.

If you will have any idea, just put it in the offer, we will consider it.

Site should be easily updaged by us, that means new house (or other property) will be easily added to the site.
