I'm looking for a logo and a iPhone app icon

Brief:
Logo must be flat design style
logo must contains "M" in (M from the name of the app, "Meeting")
idea: M" could be in white on a plain and catchy color (red, flashy organe or yellow)
option: You can include a pin/benchmark such as one you have on google map (not the same but it's a good exemple)

must provide itunes icon in high definition 512 x 512 pixels and 114 x 114 (Retina Display)

Dear all, thnaks for your proposals: I tried to be more clear in my request. Don't forget that "M" is important and "pin" such as google map (again it's just an exemple) could be also part of the logo (meeting and place of the meeting...) Good luck!!!
