Résumé du concours

This is a small project: I need an iOS Cocoa Touch Framework (Objective C) and identical Android library (Java) that will display countdown seconds just like the Javascript countdown clock here: https://codepen.io/arcarr/full/vGVGXN, including the "enhanced" countdown starting at 10 seconds.

This should not be a webview, but native code. The iOS framework should be a UIView and the Android library should be a custom View that I can display on top of my current views in any size. The countdown should start as soon as it's displayed.

Both should take five parameters when creating: the font, background color inside the circle bar, the color of the circle bar, the color of the seconds, and the target time that the countdown will be at 0 seconds. Note 1: seconds should always be RED when <= 10 seconds. Note 2: the area outside the circle bar should be transparent.

I need to be able to embed the framework/library in my Xcode and Android Studio projects and maintain the code.

Better design ideas are encouraged!

Notes on entries: To be considered, the entry must show both the iOS and Android widgets working from 20 to 0 seconds in a movie of the Xcode simulator and Android Studio emulator. There must also be screenshots of enough code to show that it was created as UIView subclass in Objective C (iOS) and a View subclass in Java (Android). I don't need to see all the code of course, just enough to know that I'm getting what I asked for.

Thanks for entering!

“He was very responsive to questions and requests for changes. Even though we were half-way around the world from each other, we communicated in the mornings and nights with no problem.”

Hi Abd. I know Swift is the main language now, but unfortunately the entire project is written in Objective C. I do not want to include Swift in the project for this widget. Sorry!
