Hi,
I have finalized the floor plan layout for my house and now need to come up with the interior and exterior design based on the attached floor plan.

The main focus areas are:
Kitchen design
Bathrooms design
Cupboard Designs
Room designs
Outdoor areas
Indoor areas
Doors and Windows

I am looking for a modern design that is functional yet beautiful and covers every aspect of the interior and exterior of the house. All designs would need to be done in 3D with a tool that allows me to fly through the house on my PC in 3D such as BIMX viewer.

I need all elements to be designed so that I can literally give this to a builder and tell him to make it exactly like the design. This would go into every details such as paint colors, carpets, tiles, power points, cabinets, fireplaces, furniture placement, kitchen, bathrooms, patio, garden areas, exterior facades,etc.

I am happy to double the prize if I get a complete design with every element of the house completed in an amazing design that I like.. The current prize is the minimum I was willing to guarantee.

Hello Sir, I would love to be part of this contest but unfortunately the prize is to low for all these work. If you want quality design for all these house ambient you ought to pay 100-150 per room or increase the overall prize to at least 400.

I just saw this contest, I will start working on it, to deliver a first impression on two days cause I'm just finishing another project, I work with Archicad 21 so I can deliver the file in BIMx file. also it would be great if yo #increaseprize to even 200 or 150 to be a little more

I just wanted to mention that the layouts of all the areas is completely open to ideas..the only thin we can't change is the walls. Also the toilets need to be on an exterior wall as they require large 10cm plumbing. If it really makes sense to use up 10cm of space on an entire wall for the plumbing we can consider it..but it would have to really be worthwhile to do so.

hello,I'm really excited to work in this project , interior design isn't just my job it's my passion especially residential projects!

I am interested in working on this project but the prize is way too low. For this amount of work even double prize is very little. Make it 4 times this prize and it would be a minimum wage for this task. There is no point requiring only a 3d model or images when you want such a degree of detailing, you can have elevations with the elements of the interior, materials and dimensions which can be used for the precise construction. For the prize you offer you can receive only good hand sketches. #increaseprize #increaseprize

Lord I work with Revit not with Archicad, if it works I can send you .IFC or DWG files or if you just want to see it in 3D I can convert it to Google Earth format.
