4 Rooms Cottage House Design

Hello John, I have the updated floor plan for the design. I need height measurements for first level and attic to see if the floor height changes in the building will work out.. Thank you!!! hope you like this!!!

    Bedroom looks good - but again very minimal - moving the door could be a bit of a pain, ideal if that could be avoided.
    The bed depicted in the description is ideally going in the attic area - but I'd like to follow the theme/design across the rooms.

    Do you have any experience other then the first image you sent me doing the internal design mock ups?

      Hi John, Thank you for your comments!! I can make the changes to the layout.. (bed to attic, color of couch, size of stairs). I will try to put together some internal mockup .. for bedroom 1, bedroom 2 (attic) and living space.

    Hi Elaine, this is the most thought provoked design so far. I'll see if I can get you the other measurements.
    Bathroom seems quite on point.
    The stairs - the only thing on this I'm big on saving space, it seems that these consume a lot of space at the moment but I like where they are positioned up toward the attic/loft area. Not sure if these could be converted to more space or storage orientated design.
    Lounge - You're capturing quite the elements here, the idea is a functional space for hosting which still has that sort of "display" theme. I like the idea you've input for the little trophy area - I'll review this with the extended group.
    negatives: Not fond of the teal for the couch (though the sunken area makes sense, it doesn't seem to be making the most of the space) - dining setting is a bit of a small area (with only two chairs, how could we fit more people?)
    The kitchenette, this is very practical and yes just after a small space for tea/coffee and small meals etc.

    Also, there is a trophy shelf in the living room now. It is in the nook created by the bathroom..
