Three years ago I used a freelancer to create this picture of Mt. Rushmore and I need a new freelancer to make a 5th person match the style and insert them into the picture. I have attached the original picture and the picture of the new person to add. I'd like this 5th person to be placed on the mountain above and between the 3rd and 4th person. I'd also like a gold medal on a ribbon (like an Olympic medal) added to this new person's neck.
