  The details are as stated - I need approximately 12,000 names in a CSV file imported into CiviCRM. The names will need to be parsed first into first middle and last names.

     This is a easy job. I will develop the tool in excel as well, so that it becomes fully automated. It will read the raw data from source, then do the required parsing and then export it in csv as per the required format.
