The book "FORMULAS OF CREATIVITY OR HOW TO BECOME AN INVENTOR" was translated from russian to english. That you get an impression of the book, I added the first 50 pages of it. It is a book on the method TRIZ (Theory of inventive problem solving), that should help engineers to come up with better ideas.
I need a nice cover for that book and thought that would be a perfect fit for my first contest.
If you do the cover art, I will then also need the full rights on the picture you created. So please declare also, that I can freely use it. If you like to have your name as the artist of the cover on the inside of the book, this would be no problem at all. Please also provide the source if you have done it on the computer or I hi-res scan if the artwork is done by hand.

The design was that good that all the other designs that were also posted couldn\'t compete and she was selected winner of the contest. Thank you all for your designs. This was my first contest and it really was an enjoyable event. It also brought up the problem of deciding on which design we would go for. As we had today a conference in Austria with 90 TRIZ people I could ask them also for their opinion on which design they would like most and it turned out that the majority also stuck to Stevieyuki's design (nr. 9). So I was not totally off track. The second choice would have been SemenV's approach (nr. 17). All the other covers were behind those two. So thank you all for your designs and I wish you all the best for your next contests. You are a bunch of amazing artist that do a great job.

Up till now so many nice covers. I really love to look at all your artwork and I am really astonished how much imput I get. It is really a pitty, that I just have one book that I can cover with those and that I have to choose one in the end.

Please remove the "Copyright 2013 by Robert Adunka" from the cover. I don't want to have that directly on the cover. Which is a little bit sad, because it gives a nice edge to the cover. Perhaps if you need an other line there you could add "Created with the help of TRIZ-Campus" there. But better would be to get along without that.
