Hi, I need a design for a Tshirt

I have attached a pic of what i would like the compass to look like,i like everything about it except the hands. i attached other pics of what kinda hands i am looking for .I would like the compass to open up like a book (like the second pic i attached) but with the words upright in the clockwise direction .i want the chain to hang away from the compass ,giving it ,its own look .For color i want the compass all gold including the chain but with the black detailing/shading. The hands a light tan and the dials and arrow black.

note:I don't want all the little dials anymore just the four big north east,south west ...ect I want the compass
Standing the was it is but with the right shading around it please remember I need it very detailed and it should have very good effects because its going to be screen printed on clothing.

I dont want hanging compass I want exactly same as the pencil sketch. So far I think only QubixDesigns understood the details.

I dont want a flat design. please use gradients to give it more realistic look. the design need to be professional like in the sketch.I need very good effects.
