Contest Brief

I'd like to get a one-page illustration of "Puppy and Boa".
The idea is a cartoon illustration of "Puppy", a cute but annoying little dog, that has a friendship with "Boa", a boa constrictor snake.
They are friendly with each other and they live together, but "Puppy" always tries to annoy Boa every single time with her smart-ass comments.
As a result, "Boa" can often be found rolling his eyes at what "Puppy" says.

"Puppy" is a small cute dog, preferably a Maltese or a Bichon Frise (please Google if you don't know how they look like).
I have an image of "Boa" as a green snake, but I'm open to anything.

I'd also like to have a thought bubble incorporated into the illustration -- a short convo between the two of them, with "Puppy" trying to annoy "Boa" with a smart-ass comment. Something like "Boa, do you wanna be a vegetarian for a day?".

I'm open to any kind of background setting. It could be inside a house, on a beach, in a park, etc., but the background setting needs to match the convo between the two of them.

Ideally, this illustration would then be extended to an animated cartoon.
