If you had access to any live streaming real-time data (or combination of real-time data sources) what would you create?

For this contest, just write a 3-5 sentence explanation that includes the following information:

1. Data source(s): (ex. Live traffic, live radiation levels, live amount of people in a park)
2. Application Concept: (ex. I would include live traffic data in my restaurant app to show people the best way to get to my place, I would port live weather data into my ad server to show travel ads when it goes below 10 degrees Celsius)

Submissions can just be text, but you can add a visual mock up if needed. The most creative idea will win.

Please look at attached file to get an idea of some smart city data that will be available. Feel free to think of other sources too (ie live demographic data, smartphone data, web surfing data, etc)

Note: At the end of the contest, all right to build the app will remain with the person who submits, including the winner of the contest.
