Hello, I am in need for some icons to be designed. I will need the following contact icons for my website:

I know this is very easy and shouldnt take more than 10 minutes to make. I will pay $10 for this contest.Also, please find the attached photos that will show the current icons used for my business services. Please design these icons similar to what you see on the pictures. Thanks!
