Contest Brief

Looking for someone to design a fairly simple icon/logo for my Android app, Simple Usage Monitor: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mattsharris.datausagemonitor&hl=en

I'd like the 3 main colours you see on my current (rubbish) icon to be involved, the green (#99CC00), orange (#FFBB33) and light blue (#33B5E5) as bars in some form, but apart from that I'm open to anything.
