I require someone to modify and add Grass, Foot paths, Lots of People, etc. to the 3D Architectual Render to make it look semi-photo realistic and populated.
A site plan is also attached to show the location of footpaths and grassed areas.

Lots of people both walking and seated are to be added to the view due to the building being a educational building and situated near a park area. Not too fussy about the photo realism and details of the views as long its populated and made look like an exciting building/area.
