Voucher code for tracking/verification processing

I must look special and specific to our branding and use our logo which is attached, also, it must look great in both colour and black and white.

#1 is complying with DL size and I have attached two versions, color and grayscale. I ve used few images from your website, Additionally I left space for barcode and QR code, which can be printed externally,
