     in Flash yes but the contest is for a Gif animation and manare posting images of such animation but I guess they will deliver it in flash instead of Gif... flash will need JS script to be able to communicate with the browser and check the loading... this is kind of useless and it will not work in many situations (ipad... JS disabled, flash blockers...)
