Contest Brief

I need a logo for a new real estate company called "Evolve Realty". We have a name layout and colours picked out but need a design put together with a modern, clean and simple logo. Preference is to have the "evolve" in lower-case letters on top in a grey and bright blue and the "Realty" below and prefer in caps. The attached design is a very rough example only but is a general guide to what we're looking for.

We also need a small logo to the left of the text. Should be small, modern, simple and bright and compliment the text. Open to house/real estate logos if modern and simple and should follow the colour theme of the text.

    Clarification - Please have "Evolve" in all lower case text with thin style font, "Realty" below in all caps, smaller then "Evolve". Line between words should be all grey and thin. Like the "e"s in "Evolve" to be a bright blue. Would like to see some small, brightly coloured logo to the left of the name that has the same blue as the "e"s. Thanks
