Résumé du concours

I need a blueprint for classic house site plan (sketch design need to be provided) ..

Ground floor
-Open lobby
-Great room “majlis” around 6x10 m + washing area 3 sinks + toilet with a sink
- great room “majlis” around 5x6m
-Dining room around 7x5m
-Open saloons “ preferred to be on the backside of the house with a glass view of the back garden
-Big pantry kitchen around 5x4m +storage room in the pantry around 3x2m
-2 guests rooms room around 4x4.5m with a wall closet + bathrooms
-lift
- side big Classic style stairs

-Outside the house big kitchen around 7x4m + “2 stores rooms” the first one around 4x3 opened on the kitchen. Second one 4x3

First floor
-5 master bed room with dressing room 4x3.5 and toilets ,contain bathtubs, showers and toilet .
- a small pantry or a sitting area

Roof
-1 master suite + a bedroom and a toilet.
-Maids room 4x5 with a toilet
-laundry room + ironing room
-Big store

Note: the total size of the house between 1200 square meters and 1300 square meters. I’m open also to your suggestions and creations

    Hello sir
    We are very interested in your esteemed home design request
    But when we made a scanner for the site, we found that the outer ribs were not perpendicular to 90 degrees, but it was 81/99 degrees. Is this perfect? Or what do you see? Please excuse my question sir.

    Dear contest holder, this is an interesting contest, I just want to clarify, the floors that you want is ground floor, first floor, and roof, is that means there are 3 in total? Also considering the number of the floors, do you want an elevator? Is there any setbacks around your land? If there is, what are the measurements of the setbacks? The big kitchen outside the house, should it be attached (like a terrace/porch/veranda) or detached (like another small pavilion near the main house)? Thank you.
