I need a homepage design for an website that will have:
* small top menu like: about us, contact, become a member, login
* big search field with an option for advanced search
* 2 main areas with "submit your place" and "request a place" - some text, image and a button for every area
* a list of latest added items
* a list of top 10 items
every list element will have title, image, short description and read more
a google map must be present on the page - full width of the layout (not of the browser)
the design will be boxed, not full browser width
on the footer section must be present newsletter subscription area and other text links for some text pages.
the design must be light, simple lines, shadows and round corners are allowed but are not a must, icons are a plus
