Contest Brief

We are looking for concepts for the redesign of our websites.
the mainsite address is http://comfortkeepers.ca
we also have a variation which is for franchises available at http://franchise.comfortkeepers.ca/

We like:

· prominence of location finder
· that the 3 main types users of the website are prominently displayed (Seniors, Caregivers, Franchisees)
· that it is mobile friendly

We don’t like:

· feel it could be a little warmer
· Too much text on the individual pages, but not enough text on the homepage
· On the tabs – we don’t like the way the menus drop down – want a more conventional drop down menu
· Don’t like the constant changing buttons – so that buttons that have nothing do with the tab keep appearing
· Call to action on the front page not strong enough – call us for a home assessment but no number to call – should be higher up on the page

Notes
We use a four pronged approach called Interactive Caregiving. This model of elderly home care helps increase seniors’ sense of well-being and independence by focusing on Senior Mind, Senior Body, Senior Nutrition, and Senior Safety.

were looking for the concept to include two different variations, one for the main site, and one for the franchise site. the two variations should complement each other, but not be the same.

Come on guys! have a look at teh contest brief, we need call to actions! Warmer colors - use the logo, Dont even think about off the shelf templates!!
