Contest Brief

MY APOLOGIES TO EVERYBODY. I HAD TO TRAVEL UNEXPECTEDLY. BACK IN THE OFFICE FRIDAY. I WILL THEN POST THE CAD FILES. ALSO, AS I HAVE RECEIVED SOME QUESTIONS REGARDING THE NEED FOR ANIMATION. WE ARE JUST LOOKING FOR A PICTURE AT THIS POINT IN TIME. NO ANIMATION NEEDED.


Your job is to create a high quality 3d rendering of a building facade. Attached are PDF files (CAD files can also be supplied) containing the ground plan, side view, etc of the building you create a 3d of. We will initially need only a 3d pictures of the outside (facade) of the building.

The building will be located in São Paulo, Brazil. We can provide Google Earth link to the building site. However, we are not worried about the actual neighborhood. Building can be "free standing" but needs to have landscaping, etc to make it much more realistic.

Attached is also a hand drawing of the building as guidance. We are looking for a photorealistic 3d animation.

We are a real estate developer with constant needs to create high quality, photorealistic 3D animation of our projects. Typically each project requires 10-15 pictures (several exterior angles and interior decoration). We also do virtual tours of our developments.

We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with a new supplier. The winner of this contest should be available to assist us from time to time with new jobs or additional images (interior, bird´s eye view, leisure facilities, etc). You get payed for every following job separately.

PLEASE NOTE: IT MUST BE A HIGH QUALITY RENDERING, NO AMATEURS! YOU MUST HAVE TIME TO WORK ON THIS PROJECT FOR AT LEAST 2-3 MONTH BECAUSE WE NEED MODIFICATION FROM TIME TO TIME. EVERY JOB GETS PAID SEPARATELY. THIS IS A CONTEST TO FIND A REAL PROFESSIONAL TO WORK WITH!

      I'm not complaining about not winning. I am outraged about the contest holder not taking us seriously. Like me, you and the others invested our time, that could have been spent on other contests. A rating, a comment or a suggestion was all that he should have done to keep this lie legitimate,

    can you extend the project to 3 more days if possible. i just started on it.. i can give the 3d model in 4 days but not the 3d animation .. if u can extend i can provide animation too
