I have a work site that is very large, we have a difficult IT support structure with a lot of the support coming from off site vendors. The local IT presence is very small.
The local end users have the ability to call the help desk and create a ticket, then get the issue resolved. IF the issue does not get resolved, they have the ability Escalate the issue to Level Two support. THEN if they don't get resolution they can bring it to the attention of local IT manager or local IT tech staff that there issue is out standing.
Currently most end users do not know they have the ability to Escalate the issue on their own. They think only the helpdesk support can escalate the issue, so they wait and wait and beg for help from level one, when it should have been escalated to level two sooner.
My Goal is to empower the end user with knowledge that they have the authority/power/ability to escalate their issue to level two on their own. I plan to spread this with a local "marketing campaign" I would like your help to come up with a clever / catchy / memorable slogan to get this information across.
Produce a marketing campaign strategy to teach the end users that they have the ability to escalate their support ticket to level two if level one has not resolved the issue. The campaign should include a small slogan and some sort of Iconic image to help sell it. For you entry, you do not have to create the image, just the idea for the image, creating the image will be a different scope. But adding a picture to help sell your idea for the contest win is a good idea.
