We are looking for unique layout ideas for the ground floor of a home.
The ground floor should include a large kitchen, a dining room, a study, a toilet & powder room. cloak cupboard.
The stairs can be relocated
We would like to see a very large kitchen with an eating area excluding the bar, dining room with space for a table & chairs seating 12, and sofas. Access to study should not pass the kitchen. Large patio doors to garden.
All internal walls can be moved/ removed. windows front and side must stay.
Front Door can be moved out, and slightly left or right.
