We need 6 new graphics for our LinkedIn ads. Our website is https://www.yield-jobs.com/. 3 of the ads need to be in vertical format and 3 in horizontal. I am open to small video clips as well as jpg formats. I am open to any tag lines that you want to come up with along with imagery that fits with the website.

**Additional requirements**
Please include images of farm/ agricultural workers working on farms that you would see in North America. (Fruit, vegetable, corn, soybean, wheat farms- NOT rice fields or farming in Africa)
Please also include 2 of the images with Hispanic workers and 2 images with white workers. Images with multiple people of different races would also work.
