Contest Brief

We require a highly creative and professional graphic designer/artist to create a design to advertise our Company Van. You will need to create a design for the front of the Van, both side of the van and the back of the Van (photos of the Van are attached). The Van Dimensions and measurements (see attachment). The design must fit the entire area of the van, except for where we have mark ‘X’ on it or where it is colored red

Photos of our products and logos will be provided. For creativity you may use additional images that you think would illustrate or enhance our products & services. When selecting the photos, do not simply put the photo somewhere, all positions of the photos must have the right angle to illustrate the points, photo editing, manipulating, illustrating and such must be pleasing to the eyes or we won’t be consider it. The photos attached are to be used for the design, choose the right photos for your design, all photos used for the design must be properly cropped and enhanced. Also feel free to use other images to create the Advertisement we are looking for. All stock photos used must not infringe any copyright and licensing issue. Illustration and Artistic Impression will win the Contest.

VERY IMPORTANT:
-Our Company logo “FILEforce” must be properly positioned at all sides of the van.
-Company Registrations details/address/BDM/BTM must be shown at the same position at both side (see photo)
-The “80/90 kmj” must be shown at the same position at the back. (see photo)
-Areas marked red must not be covered, TOP panel of the van is included, ENTIRE van fully wrapped.

-Must have the T-Glide Logo
-Showing T-Glide Filing Solutions (see descriptions under T-Glide Filing)
-Tagline: “Futurize Your Filing”
-Tagline: "Most Efficient & Space Saving Filing Solutions!”

LEFT SIDE VAN PANEL DESIGN:
-The main advertisement for our product: “IMAGESILO” “PAPERFLOW” “PAPERVISION”
-Must have the ImageSilo logo
-Showing our main products for Cloud-based Enterprise Content Management Solutions (see descriptions under)
-tagline: “Information Smart”
-tagline: “The World’s Most Trusted Cloud-based Electronic Document Management Solutions!”

FRONT VAN PANEL DESIGN:
-Must have the FILEforce logo, properly sized and positioned
-Must have: www.fileforce.com.my, phone contact: 03-7880 8821
-notice the slight slanting of the panel

BACK VAN PANEL DESIGN: Be very clean, simple yet creative
1. Must have the FILEforce logo properly sized and positioned
2. Must have : www.fileforce.com.my, company phone contact: 03-7880 8821
3. Add in the sign “80/90kmj”

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Please note, all attached images are of the resolution that is attached. Whatever we give you is what we have. So when designing the artwork, bear in mind that this will be printed out for a very large van. If you feel that the image we provide you is too small, then either illustrate it yourself to be of high resolution or make it work. Don't use a photo if you feel it will look bad on the final print.
All images, photos, texts and logos provided for this contest are the property of FILEforce Sdn Bhd. No reproduction of any kind is allowed without the written permission of the owner. All Rights Reserved. We reserve the right to make any changes on the contest requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:
(1) The final product must be provided to us with the PSD or illustration files, in case the painters need to make slight changes. The final product must be provided with all raw data and mock-ups and we must receive a HIGH RES pdf file with a minimum of 3mm bleed for the painters.
(2) Winner must agree to provide additional revisions on the design when requested

    Hi, thanks for the feedback, the stars are based on the current design but not necessarily winning the contest, the entry also must be completed with all four sides of the design on van to qualify for the contest. The stars are rated for initial impression, but the final decision will be made by our management after the final review, so plz don't give up we will be fair to every one who submit a complete contest entry.

    Have you already decided to award this contest to one particular entrant (it's obvious who), because their designs don't completely cover the entire brief compared to what you requested (there are more involved entries) but they are consistently rated higher than everyone else. It would be helpful if you could say what level of quality you're looking for because that would inform the standard we design for. As it stands, it doesn't appear you require a high level of sophistication, which is difficult to gauge and design for especially since the brief seems to encourage the opposite and the ratings so far confirms this. Please advise.

      Additionally, #10 received 3 stars and was in 2nd or 3rd contention since the beginning of the contest, and they've only submitted one side of the vehicle, when others who've submitted a complete design, receive low scores and no feedback. This is unfair.

    Can you send the logos on a higher resolution? These logos will not look good on the current resolution of the files you sent.
