  Hello, I would be happy to help you with designing your villa, I have the experience needed to take this project through all of the stages. However, doing this as a contest is too much of a risk for top freelancers because the time investment is so great. The prize is also not that appealing for a project of this scale.   Hello, I would like to say one thing about the plans and the dimensions that you have provided as a sample. The horizontal room dimensions are mostly of 5 metres whereas the vertical ones are 7 metres. But, as per the form shown in the floor diagram, it looks to be horizontal, whereas in true sense it looks a bit of distorted. In my opinion, if the room dimensions are slightly modified, then it may be great.

  Are there any restrictions about the distance between the house and the plot border? This is important for positioning the house in order to provide suitable front access + a backyard... Also you haven't mentioned anything about a car garage or a parking space so I guess it will be bigger and separate from the house volume? Also do you want a swimming pool in the backyard (as shown in the examples)?

     Don't worry about the garage, my backyard will be garden with fountains no swimming pool, distance from the villa and back border 20m , I need more spacing in the back instead of front
