A single-sided 8.5 by 11 inches (216 mm x 279 mm) flyer that describes
our farm and products.

Call to action: engage potential buyers, compel them to contact us
about our product offerings, or at least be amenable to our requests
to set a meeting about becoming a supplier.

Aesthetic preferences: although we are a family-owned business, we do
want to come across as a professional organization. Hence, we prefer
that the flyer does not scream "folksy" or be too colorful. Instead
we look for elegant, professional design with sophisticated division
of space.

text for the flyer is as follows and should not take up more than 20%
of the visual space:

"Plympton Farms is a family owned modern produce farm in Guyana,
South America. State of the art drip irrigation technology and
consistent equatorial climate create a perfect environment for
growing quality produce 12 months a year.

A vertically integrated producer, Plympton Farms grows, processes,
markets and exports the finest scotch bonnet and habanero peppers for
the Caribbean and North American markets. Located within 6 degrees of
the equator, we are able to produce peppers that consistently score
on the high end of their varieties' scoville range. Plympton Farms
offers both top quality fresh peppers and pepper mash and can
accommodate requests for specific varietal or color combinations. "
