Contest Brief
I have a simple upstairs/downstairs floorplan - however as part of a house renovation I am looking for floorplan/sketches to allow the kitchen to be on the bottom level . I want two entertaining areas , a deck upstairs and in total 4 or 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including an ensuite to the master bedroom and one bathroom downstairs. I also want the two bedrooms at the front to stay the same. Laundry area has to be included downstairs. Kitchens/bathrooms must be realistic in size . Happy to expand the house out a little bit to get the desired result. Please ensure you look at current plans attached before submitting.

hi,all 3 images are of the lower level..please share the upper level plan as well..also,please note : the kitchen/bathroom sizes haven't been mentioned and can be approximated if reqd..however,if a cad file is available that would allow for a more accurate design system..

Upstairs 2/3 bedrooms , ensuite and bathroom and living area/deck. Downstairs kitchen living area bathroom and bedroom. Same area as upstairs . Be creative - there is no right or wrong answer - whatever plan you think for a family home ... But two bedrooms at front to stay same - and kitchen must be downstairs
