you need file size, little more info. Do you want the flag like that of a traditional state flag or like that of a wind flag like you showed, even with that you need to give dimensions

wind flag like the concept showed. I will provide the dimension and also the fonts for the Amhric language that is showing on top. We need something close to that. It does not need to be exact. The word TAX has to be big.
