Contest Brief

Dear Freelancers,

We are an online retail company seeking a creative fashion designer to illustrate graphics for a range of Unisex apparels with "Urban" style street fashion.

We are offering prize up to $517 for this contest! Give us your very best shot, and not something looks like $30!

Feel free to submit multiple entries, but note: only 1 image per entry. You can provide your designs on a mock-up to better portray how it will look on the apparel. Please refer to the attachments below for the style we prefer. I can provide more samples if required.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
1. Target age group: 18 - 30 years old
2. BLACK, WHITE or GREY fabric
3. Design can be for T-shirt, sweater, or jacket.
4. Full vector, high-resolution graphics required. 
5. Name your entry so as to describe your submission (for example, “Eye of the Tiger” Inspired Tee)
6. Designs should be hand-drawn, unique, and copyright-free.
7. Please avoid using clipart or stock images. We will check using TinEye.
8. Your designs should be big-brand-inspired

Prefer gender-neutral designs that use either or a mix of:
-Japanese Shijin
-Buddha, Samurai, Ghost, Devil, Angel
-Chinese Zodiac
-Fashionable sketches, graffiti designs, geometric prints, iconic ethnic prints, tattoos etc.

 GUIDELINES
1. Contestants warrant that they own all rights to their designs, and will submit only original creations for it to be considered for the contest. In case of a breach of these rules, the Contest Holder can deem the participation void. 
2. You may not use the same design for other contests or commercial purposes once it is selected as a winner of the project or if the Contest Holder contacts you to purchase the artwork.
3. If the Contest Holder has selected your design, they own all copyright to the design. However, if your design is not selected, the rights remain with you, (i.e. you can use that design elsewhere.) 4. You will be paid for the design(s) selected, based on rates stated in this contest. There are no royalties on sales.

 DELIVERABLES
Send Original files of graphic design in suitable format, and indicate acceptance of transfer of ownership and Copyright to Contest Holder. 

REWARDS
We will select 3 – 5 designs from the winner. Selected individuals will receive a one-time payment, along with potential long-term cooperation opportunities. The most ideal candidate would be one with extensive studies in current big brand fashion trends (e.g. Givenchy, Versace, D&G etc) and urban street fashion.
Winners can expect at least 5 design requests each month and may be invited to be part of our company.

* Set a price for your works if you want; if you don't win, you have a second chance for us to buy your entry!  
** Note: You understand that we claim the ownership and rights of your designs and you agree to send us all the designs that have been selected by us, and payment will only be made once.

 Show us some extraordinary designs; lets work together to make some awesome clothes!

Hi, is it absolutely necessary for the artwork to be a vector? Because it is close to impossible to have a vector file and have it look like the ones your have in the examples. They 're more like rastel graphic images.

Hi guys, I have uploaded a zip file containing some styles we prefer, feel free to download it and you should come out with something similar, that kind of style should be your direction. Also, please make sure all your artworks are 100% original, which mean you actually produce them from sketch yourself.
