Hi, I'd like you to repost this contest with an new longer deadline. The scope of work is broad, and requires many complex systems. If not carefully designed, lives could be at stake. If project is extended and pricing adequately increased. An actual working 3D prototype will be delivered. Thanks

Hi, before I submit, I’d like to clarify the expected scope. My high-level approach is a compact 12V electro-hydraulic module with proportional motor/pump control, hydraulic manifold, pressure sensing, mechanical pressure relief, and an independent breakaway path, targeting 1,600 PSI and easy integration with existing trailer disc brakes. What exactly do you expect as the contest entry and final handover? A presentation deck? 3D CAD/STEP files? Electrical wiring and hydraulic schematics? Isometric/section views and calculations? Or a combination of these? I’m asking because many current entries appear to be AI-generated concept images based mainly on the job description as a prompt. I’d rather develop an actual engineering solution than submit another generated image. I’ll hold my entry until I have firm clarification on the required deliverables and level of engineering detail.

Your need is very specific,is it possible to share more so i can think a more suitable way? I just think trusting electrical system to stop you is dangerous. It's an extra failure point that some day it will fail. You may need a legacy system.

Hello Contest Holder, I carefully read your brief and understand that you need an electric hydraulic module capable of delivering 1600 PSI for trailer disc brake systems, with strong emphasis on reliable integration with existing systems. I can approach the design with careful consideration of hydraulic performance, electrical control, safety, packaging, and practical system integration, supported by relevant engineering experience. I have a few technical questions about the existing brake system and integration requirements, and I’d like to tell and show you some ideas and relevant engineering work. Please send me a message so we can discuss everything directly; I’m looking forward to your message.
