I’m refreshing the marketing for my exterior-cleaning company and need a sharp A6 flyer that feels modern, clean and professional—nothing garish or gimmicky. The core visual direction is already settled: please stay within my established brand colours and give the layout a contemporary look.

Key content that must appear:
• Company logo in a prominent yet balanced position
• Concise service list (driveways, gutter cleaning, fascias, windows, etc.)

I’ll be updating phone numbers, seasonal offers and QR codes myself later, so I need the final piece supplied in an easily editable format (layered Illustrator or InDesign file, or a fully unlocked Canva template) alongside a print-ready PDF.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Front A6 artwork
2. Editable source file with all fonts and linked imagery intact
3. A quick guide noting the typefaces and exact colour values you used

If you can balance eye-catching design with a restrained, professional feel, I’d love to see your idea.

Use logo colour theme if possible. Use own initiative if desired.
