We operate 3 tennis centres that provide a range of Adult programs throughout the week. We want to create a "timetable template" that is consistent across the three locations while being able to edit the text, logos and times to reflect the different times and pricing between the three locations. We would prefer the template to be designed in Photoshop and then used as a background in Word where the text, times, locations and pricing can be added. This will enable our staff to make quick amendments to the timetable without needing experience in using PSD.

I would suggest the structure and headers would remain identical between the three locations, but the timing, pricing and text would be slightly different.

Attached is the timetable we use at present together with our new logo. I am open to the style and image changing from what we have at present. However we would prefer to follow the style and theme on our website at tennisgear.com.au & morningsidetennis.com.au.

We need to follow this project with the design of other flyers and timetable that follow a similar theme. More work to come for the winner.

Hi Mimi214, We specifically want the text and times to be editable in Word. Perhaps you could save the PSD file as a background image so we can use in Word and then add the text ourselves?

Hi Emma, We only have the flyer in photoshop at present, and because we are not be very good at photoshop we cant edit it easily. It would be better if the framework was done in photoshop and used as a word background, then we can edit the times, text and prices in Word. Therefore I cant supply you anything in word at this stage. Sorry.

Hi Tennis gear, Are you able to upload the original word file of the tennis timetable so I can see how your existing template is setup? There is a lot of space to develop a word template with some photoshop elements. The least photoshop elements involved, the more you can add different promotions at as required. It is possible in word, I have done it a million times before. I only live at the gabba and want to make a real crack at this project! :-)
