Below is the current text that we have to go on a "Neighborhood" page of our apartment complex website. Basically, as it sounds we are trying to describe and pitch the area around us to sell the fact that our location is convenient to everything in the town around it. The current length of this text is fine and the places listed work for us. All that we really need is someone to clean up what is currently written and make it sound better than we currently have it:

Located near the heart of historic downtown West Chester, The Lofts offers its residents a unique living experience unparalleled to other apartment complexes outside of the borough. With our close proximity to the many restaurants, bars, gyms, retailers, parks, and entertainment options within the borough, it’s almost impossible for our residents to not take in all that this town has to offer.

Whether you’re strolling through one of the area’s beloved parks or enjoying the company of friends at a nice dinner in town, our residents are only a short walk away from the many opportunities that the borough has to offer. From national and regional establishments including Starbucks, Kildare’s Irish Pub, and the YMCA to more local businesses including Iron Hill Brewery, KALY Clothing, and Barnaby’s of America, West Chester has it all. There are over 50 restaurants and 70 retail stores within a 5 minute walk from our site alone!

West Chester is also home to West Chester University, a major driving force behind this town’s expansion and growing social scene. To complement the university presence, the borough itself has taken many steps to offer its residents social options throughout the year. From the famous Restaurant Festival held each September to Swingin’ Summer Thursdays held throughout the summer months and all of the other events in between, there is always something to check out.

Moving out of the borough itself, The Lofts has close access to major Routes 202 and 100, both of which provide access to nationally recognized attractions including QVC Studios, Longwood Gardens, the King of Prussia Mall, and all of the sightseeing and attractions that Philadelphia has to offer.

So whether you prefer to stay close to home, or check out the surrounding attractions that Southeast Pennsylvania has to offer, our location is convenient for making all of this happen!

For those of you with concerns regarding my approach to this, all we are looking for with this is someone to fine tune what I have written. It is 85% there, but we feel it doesn't flow perfectly. We are looking for someone to bring it that extra 15%. Change words, reconstruct sentences, that kind of thing. We just want it to flow better. And honestly, it's not worth hiring only one person to take a stab at it. We've gotten some great responses above and I thank you for that. We're getting close!
