Sketch and cost a "Dual Lifter" which actuates between Configuration 1 and Configuration 2 as shown in the attached sketches. For full details, please see the attached scope of work, BOM/Pricing template and sketches for the required dimensions. The main reason that you should submit a concept design is that good submissions will automatically pre-qualify to tender for the detailed design phase (subsequent project).
