I need a map of English Channel swims in black and white. A little like this http://www.bloomberg.com/infographics/2014-07-18/english-channel-swim-route-records-by-the-numbers.html but more suitable for an academic journal. In the attached document, the 4 swims are shown and the link to csv data of the tracks is represented. Please do not include times, but description, and time when identifying each swim.

To clarify, the picture needs to be a flat one dimensional picture. With the exact swim tracks included. 100% black and white and clear, suitable for a scientific journal.
