Do some 3D Modelling for a lounge

Contest Brief

I need a 3D Designed floor model of a Hookah Bar/ Lounge. A Detailed bar, stage, and roped off VIP area. Very up scaled, dim/glow/ black light scenery, candles on tables etc. Building is a total of 3000 sq ft open space. Attached are examples of the look I'm aiming for.

Hmmm, there seems to me little time to do the project, already exclude those who are not used to your culture (a conscious work requires some homework, research, reflection ...); not include the essentials: dwg drawings or surveys of measures, your sketch leaves much to be desired, do not know whether it will be properly scaled (which is the spiral?), in which the counter should be there on the right side chairs in front , opposite side are the same chairs or benches? - And if so impossible / cut off the circulation on both sides of the employees;? grill - ok, and "shaloama"?
Too bad, because it would be interesting to how to intervene in these space with European culture,
