Within the TeleICCE Project & Promotion of Teleworking and Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) Training for Increased Cluster Competitiveness and Employment, Interreg V-A programme Greece - Italy 2014-2020, co-funded by the European Union, European Regional Development Fund (E.R.D.F) and by National Funds of Greece and Italy, DEVIED company is launching a contest for the design and planning of an innovative e-learning platform to be offered to companies and freelancers.
Digital technology and especially e-learning are revolutionizing the world of education, generating a new way to train human resources to improve their efficiency in daily routine activities. Due to the proliferation of smartphones and tablets even in workspaces, users have increased their expectations and require better quality courses provided by simple and immediate user experience.
Active in the innovation field, DEVIED SRL intends to experiment with new forms of distance learning to improve the skills of human resources within companies, motivate, support and support them in their growth and career advancement by bringing the concept of continuous learning within companies, especially micro, small and medium enterprises.
We encourage you to submit an idea to implement training process by developing disruptive solutions.
A 500€ award is recognized to the best project. Participant have to send a maximum 20 slides proposal with specific indications of the functionalities and a mock-up graphic.
HOW TO APPLY
The mock-up should illustrate the main platform usage scenario. Namely, the proposal must contain in detail the following aspects:
Definition of type, method, program organization, lessons duration and modality of use and interaction by teacher and users.
Evaluation and selection criteria and modalities.
Competence assessments through the assignment of badges.
Services supporting the professional and personal growth.
Adaptive learning modes, i.e. highly personalized and calibrated training paths based on concrete and measured needs; microlearning, i.e. training programs divided into strictly thematic modules, will allow those who choose online training to achieve the objectives in a short time.
How to use new digital technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence to assist users in the learning path; augmented and virtual reality to make the teaching units more engaging and creative; and gamification for educational-training purposes).

The Reports and the presentation will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:
Creativity and innovativeness
Accuracy in the presentation
Type of problem solved and modality
Feasibility of the solution.
