This contest has two parts. Each of them is worth $110.

We are a new corporation and we need a logo, a corporate design, and a corporate identity. We are a corporation that turns traditional universities into online universities. We do counseling for universities. We turn traditional classrooms into online classrooms. We also turn paper textbooks into e-books and video lectures.

Our clients are large universities. They prefer to partner with strong, reliable, large, and international corporations. So our logo and our corporate identity should show that we are top experts, modern, strong, big, online, reliable. We do not wish to look childish or cheap. We wish to look serious, strong, and expensive.

We do not have a logo yet. We have our stamp (see file attached) and the STUDANTIS part should somehow be included in our logo. Ignore the "d.o.o." part, you may erase it. But we do not have the colors or fonts or anything else. If you feel that our stamp is really awful and that it should be replaced with a new one please let us know and maybe we can even replace our stamp with a new one.

Logo: we wish to have an abstract image that is clean and simple.
Typography: we do not have any typography chosen. We are looking for a clean sleek font.
Colors: we do not have any colors in mind.
Community & culture: we are international company with offices in United States and Western Europe.

What we expect from you is that you will produce the following for the total of $110:
- Logo
- Business Card
- Letterhead
- Envelope

You can make a logo first and I will let you know if I like it. Then you proceed with making Business Card, Letterhead, and Envelope. However, if you have a good idea, you are welcome to show me your Logo, Business Card or Letterhead or Envelope ideas all at once.

After the project will be awarded we are going to pay another $110 for:
- Brochure: double sided brochure design (you can choose the size, for example 8.5"x11" or 11"x17" or any other size with fold option or without it)
- Facebook and website banner

If we like your work, we will invite you to work on our website with our website developer. You will get paid extra for that work.
