Résumé du concours

I'm not sure what you have devised for a plan for the fixture. I was told to remove the Er40 chuck/3 jaw clamp on the front and just make a fixture that bolted right to the microarc. M6 bolts. Something about 80mm. Not sure, but yeah I'm assuming you can remove the jaw from the step file to see the mount they are talking about.

My Er40 Chuck 4th axis sizes are:

Height6.97 in. (178 mm)With handle installed.
Height5.7 in. (145 mm)Without handle.
Table to Centerline3.1 in. (80 mm)
Height of 4th axis centerline.
Length10.2 in. (260 mm)
From rear face to tip of 3-jaw chuck.

We also will need to elevate my 4th axis so we can rotate 6-8" stock 360 degrees

2 fixture. 2 block to raise 4th axis 3. Block to raise other side of trunnion.

Whatever size we need to do 12-16" long pieces that are 6-8" wide

12-16" x 6-8" is the size stock I work with

It looks like his fixture can fit more sizes than that though. Looks like he can hold all kind of sizes of material

Well max is going to be limited to my bed size, but 16? My max X is 18

The height of the 4th axis to the centerline is only like 3.1" inches so we need to raise it at least 4-6" to allow the fixture to spin all the way around.

Ill need stands to raise the 4th axis unit and the trunnion with fixture to allow it to rotate 360

Your picture looks like it was taken from a CAD software. What format do you need the 3D model in? Is it possible to export it to a format like STL etc?
