PLEASE KEEP IN MIND TO MAKE IT VISUAL as a lot of my patients are seniors and have not good eye sight. The font for the phone number and business needs to be readable and large but still look good.

My clients would have a hard time seeing the yellow and the QR is old school. Most of them don't have cell phones

the more BG color will darker more easily old age can see .then they can focus on words like i gave . try to google for more color . i am an designer so suggestion from my side else up to you we are employee :)
