We are currently in the process of expanding our business and need a new design for Localia.se
You can see our current website on http://localia.se/

What we need now is an easier to use and more reliable webpage.

The company works with tenant representation - tenants register their need for space.

What we are asking you for in this project is a NEW DESIGN - ONLY NEW DESIGN.
The design should be delivered with all the images, and html setup working
Functionality etc will be handled by our own coder.

A few things to keep in mind
- The webpage should be easy to use and easy to register need for space (as it is on localia.se)
- It should look good and reliable
- It should receive high ranking on Google - so please keep in mind when working on design

The person doing this project should also develop new logo to be used on the website
All images/pictures should we have right to use
And please - NO stealing from other websites

We added also a PDF what the total website will be - however you are only doing graphics now.
