The dimensions of the banner should be 600x70px.
It will be a benefit if a quadratic part of the logo (e.g. 50:50) can be used standalone (and is provided as a single image).
In the header the text.
"Suivi & Evaluation de Plan d'Action Nationale pour l'Environnement"
must be visible. This can be divided into two lines. The abbreviation letters "SEPANE" may be highlighted.

At leasts the "monitoring & evaluation" must be reflected in the banner, (some) scopes of works listed below as symbols/icons/pictograms would be of advantage.

The web-based system is for the monitoring & evaluation concerning the progress in the seven sub-programs of the National Action Plan for the Environment of Mauretania:
- Evaluation and environmental control
- Sustainable management of natural resources
- Conservation, restoration and sustainable management of biodiversity
- Prevention of natural catastrophes
- Fight against desertification
- Environmental awareness building
- Institutional reform

Primefaces will be used for the UI components and provides different themes. The themes can be switched in the upper right of the page, see

The chosen colors for the logo have to harmonize (this does not mean they have to be identical, a contrast is possible, too!) with one of the following themes: aristo, glass-x, casablanca

Hi. Please review entry #42 . I developed a logo for Sepane with an integration in the banner. It's a clean design. I changed the text to insert in the banner. I added an acute accent on the "E" of "Évaluation" and I changed the word "de" for "du", because it makes more sense in french to write "Suivi & évaluation du plan d'action nationale pour l'Environnement". Comme le français est ma langue maternelle, je me suis permise ces petits ajustements. J'espère que vous ne serez pas offensés par ceux-ci.

Dear Contest holder,
Do you need a banner which is 600x70 px? The banner should have text "Suivi & Evaluation de Plan d'Action Nationale pour l'Environnement" with SEPANE highlighted. We are not sure about what has to be done in regards to logo. Please clarify.
Also, where will this banner be placed?
