  i'm looking to get separate utility room (for washing machines etc) and Pantry (for food storage) would there be any options of incorporating that into the design.

     I can make them separated . Laundry room will have entrance from down the stairs and pantry to be part of the kitchen .

  would there be any options to move the staircase - perhaps to where the current utility room. Something similar to plan for this house: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/128991332#/floorplan?activePlan=1&channel=RES_BUY
  
  Could this offer more flexibility in the design. E.g the space under the staircase towards the kitchen could be used as a pantry and/or Utility room.

     Not sure about it , but moving the stair will reflect on the first floor badly .
