Size: 55mm x 90mm Loyalty Card Promotion (Double Sided)

Colours:
Blue, Yellow, Orange. Use template file.

Output: PDF (Editable by Illustrator)

Front Size:
5 Icons need to be lined up per row (See example)
At the end of the 1st row, there needs to be a "FREE CAN" graphic.
At the end of the Second Row there needs to be a "10% Off Storewide" graphic.

This text needs to be included under the icons in small, clear, font:
"Every 5th purchase of our International 375ml cans you get a free can of your choice and on the 10th purchase, you get another free can and 10% off store wide!"

Back Side:
Use Template logo and PSD.
Also add the term "EzyMart Rewards"
